The Felony to Founder Manifesto

Pain. Passion. Pivot. Progress.

A creed for the cohort. Read it slowly. Sign it with what you build next.

I.

We are not defined by our past. We are defined by what we build.

II.

We take the pain we have lived — the fines, the pressure, the struggle to survive — and we turn it into fuel.

III.

We pair that pain with our real passions and make a powerful pivot: we keep the same hustle, the same drive, the same networks… and we change the product in our hands.

IV.

We build automated micro-SaaS businesses that work while we live our lives — while we raise our kids, stay clean, and finally breathe.

V.

We do this together. No one left behind. If one of us struggles, we all pause and lift them up until we all rise.

VI.

We build with standards. We build businesses that actually make money — or we rebuild them together until they do.

VII.

We learn to manage money automatically. A portion of every dollar flows into a fund that compounds and grows — a snowball we protect and watch multiply.

VIII.

When we graduate, we do not disappear. We become the teachers. We become the mentors.

IX.

We own and direct the Alumni Pay It Forward Fund — buying apartment complexes, launching world-changing businesses, and making sure the next group does not have to suffer the way we did.

X.

We are forging a community of entrepreneurs who were once counted out. We are proving that by simply starting a micro business, people move from addiction and justice involvement to high-level entrepreneurship and rich, stable lives.

Together we rise — and we pay it forward.
