Governance

Owned by the people who built it.

Ownership
Alumni who contribute meaningfully — financially or through time and mentorship — gain voting rights on fund use.
Decisions
A simple majority of active alumni governs deployment of capital. One graduate, one vote.
Transparency
Quarterly reports shared with all alumni and current cohorts. Inflows, outflows, holdings, vote records.
Eligibility
Open to any graduate who has scaled at least one business and demonstrated consistent financial responsibility.

From justice involvement to high-level entrepreneurship — and back, for the next person.
