Governance
Owned by the people who built it.
- Ownership
- Alumni who contribute meaningfully — financially or through time and mentorship — gain voting rights on fund use.
- Decisions
- A simple majority of active alumni governs deployment of capital. One graduate, one vote.
- Transparency
- Quarterly reports shared with all alumni and current cohorts. Inflows, outflows, holdings, vote records.
- Eligibility
- Open to any graduate who has scaled at least one business and demonstrated consistent financial responsibility.
From justice involvement to high-level entrepreneurship — and back, for the next person.
